PT Indosat Tbk., sebelumnya bernama PT Indonesian Satellite Corporation Tbk. Per Juni 2011, komposisi kepemilikan saham Indosat adalah: QTEL Asia (65%), Pemerintah Republik Indonesia (14,29%), Skagen AS (5,57%), dan publik (15,14%). Indosat juga mencatatkan sahamnya di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan Bursa Saham New York.

Indosat didirikan pada tahun 1967 sebagai Perusahaan Modal Asing, dan memulai operasinya pada tahun 1969. Pada tahun 1980 Indosat menjadi Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang seluruh sahamnya dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Indonesia. Hingga sekarang, Indosat menyediakan layanan seluler, telekomunikasi internasional dan layanan satelit bagi penyelenggara layanan broadcasting.

PT Satelit Palapa Indonesia (Satelindo) didirikan pada tahun 1993 di bawah pengawasan PT Indosat. Satelindo beroperasi pada tahun 1994 sebagai operator GSM. Pendirian Satelindo sebagai anak perusahaan Indosat menjadikannya sebagai operator GSM pertama di Indonesia yang mengeluarkan kartu prabayar Mentari dan pascabayar Matrix.

Pada tanggal 19 Oktober 1994 Indosat mulai memperdagangkan sahamnya di Bursa Efek di Indonesia, dan Amerika Serikat New York Stock Exchange.

Indosat merupakan perusahaan pertama yang menerapkan obligasi dengan konsep syariah pada tahun 2002. Setelah itu, pengimplementasian obligasi syariah Indosat mendapat peringkat AA+. Nilai emisi pada tahun 2002 sebesar Rp 175.000.000.000,00. dalam tenor lima tahun. Pada tahun 2005 nilai emisi obligasi syariah Indosat IV sebesar Rp 285.000.000.000,00. Setelah tahun 2002 penerapan obligasi syariah tersebut diikuti oleh perusahaan-perusahaan lainnya.

Memasuki abad ke-21, Pemerintah Indonesia melakukan deregulasi di sektor telekomunikasi dengan membuka kompetisi pasar bebas. Dengan demikian, TELKOM tidak lagi memonopoli telekomunikasi Indonesia. Pada tahun 2001 Indosat mendirikan PT Indosat Multi Media Mobile (IM3) dan menjadi pelopor GPRS dan multimedia di Indonesia, dan pada tahun yang sama Indosat memegang kendali penuh PT Satelit Palapa Indonesia (Satelindo).

Pada akhir tahun 2002 Pemerintah Indonesia menjual 41,94% saham Indosat ke Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte. Ltd.. Dengan demikian, Indosat kembali menjadi PMA. Pada bulan November 2003 Indosat melakukan penggabungan usaha tiga anak perusahaannya (akuisisi) PT Satelindo, PT IM3, dan Bimagraha, sehingga menjadi salah satu operator selular utama di Indonesia

Indosat menyediakan kantor pelayanan Indosat yaitu Galeri Indosat yang sudah banyak tersedia di hampir seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Company overview : A joint venture between Pertamina Gas and multinational companies Samtan co. Ltd from South Korea. Companies are together to do the processing of LGP at the national scale and international in South Sumatra, Indonesia.

Pertamina established PT Pertagas on 23 February 2007, and it became PT Pertamina Gas in 2008. The company undertakes gas transportation, trading and processing.

In the gas transmission business, Pertamina owns a gas pipeline network with a total volume of 34,000 km-inches in Northern Sumatra, Central Sumatra, Southern Sumatra, Western Java, Eastern Java, and East Kalimantan.

In January 2009, PT Pertamina Gas obtained a Transportation Permit and in February 2009, it received a Exclusive Right from BPH Migas for gas transportation along 43 transmission routes. These Permit and Exclusive Rights complemented the Business Permit that had been issued previously (in September 2008). By obtaining a business license and special rights, PT Pertamina Gas now has a regulatory basis to play the principal role in the gas business in Indonesia.

* Maintain Hardware, Network and Communication job in SEIN area
* Support application system manufacturing in SEIN area

Qualifications:

* Only applicable for applications with maximum 3 years experience
* Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) or Diploma Degree (D3) in Computer Sience, Management Information System, Informatics Engineering.
* for Bachelor Degree min GPA > 3.00, Diploma Degree, min GPA > 2.70
* Good at problem analysis & troubleshooting in PC/Server environment
* Good understanding in Networking (LAN/WAN)
* Have experience in PABX System in a plus point
* Good knowledge about Ms SQL, My SQL Oracle or other high robust database
* Good knowledge about Desktop Programmer (Delphi, Power Builder, VB and other desktop programming)
* Good knowledge about web programmer (ASP, NET, PHP, Java)
* Willing to be placed in Cikarang
