In support to one of our SBU, we are seeking for talent professional as:

Manager of Planning, Control and Evaluation

He/ She will be the part of finance, accounting and tax department of a rapid growth confectionary and food manufacturing company, with majority responsibility as follows:

• Leading, planning, coordinating, controlling, evaluating and developing all the planning activity, financial activity, and the preparation of regular and strategic management report
• Coordinating activity with data processing sub department
• Presenting short term and long term regular and non regular management report
• Give an analysis of internal and external management situation that is relevant with the company's condition based on Balance Scorecard Concept.

The ideal incumbent must have below requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting or Financial Management or Master Degree in Accounting or Strategic Management is an advantage
• 8 years experience in accounting, finance and tax from simillar industry, or 3 years experience as Assistant Manager of Finance, Tax and Accounting from similar industry, or 5 years experience as Supervisor/Assistant Manager in Public Accountant Firm
• Good understanding of financial accounting administration principle, accounting management, auditing, accounting system, tax and general management
• Familiar with risk management
• Familiar with window application program and internet
• Has Brevet certification will be an advantage
• Innovative, able to work in a team or individually
• Good managerial skill and has good understanding of a characteristic of food and beverage industry
• Willing ot be located at Bekasi area
